Facility Sanitation
Independent inspectors make unannounced audits of our warehouse twice each year. The purpose of these audits is to insure that our facility meets or exceeds all the criteria for safe food handling, including food storage, sanitation, safety and temperature control in all areas of our facility. We have consistently scored well above industry standards.
Product Safety
RTE (Refrigerated Ready-To -Eat) is the process by which we monitor, store, and distribute foods that are ready for consumption. For quality assurance purposes, all RTE items are tracked and monitored for temperature control from the time they are received on our dock, stored at our warehouse, and shipped to you – our valued customer.
